We will offer AI bots when the time is right, but we don't feel that now is that time. They will most likely be more expensive than our current chatbots.
Our chatbots are what are known as rule-based chatbots, they follow a strict sequence of events that is pre-programmed depending on the desired outcome. When there are many different outcomes to each scenario, they can sometime seem intelligent, but they're not 🙂
No. There's just 1 small piece of code that you can add yourself, it literally takes 5 minutes at most.
If you are using one of the more popular website builders like WordPress or Shopify we have specific guides available and even a free plugin you can use to add the code.
NB: You only need to do this once, after that, no matter how many changes we make to your chatbot, the code stays the same.
Yes, no problem, and it's free. You can either send us the colour codes you use or we can pick them ourselves from your site or even just your logo.
Having said that, there is an argument to made for just using standard "Messenger" colours, as used by Facebook etc., as this will make your visitor feel more comfortable and therefore more inclined to chat.
Yes! You have 2 options;
1) When you sign up, you will automatically have at least 14 days to try out your chatbot before your first payment is due.
2) If you're unsure about the above, we can show you a chatbot overlaid on your site (it doesn't affect your live site, only you will see it). Just contact us and we'll set it up. This works on most, but not all websites.
No problem, we will modify your bot to suit.
We do not supply the translations, you do. We will send you the phrases used for your particular bot, in English, and you translate and send them back to us.
As we add new features (and because... inflation), our prices may rise, but you'll always pay the same price you joined at.
If you cancel and then rejoin, you will have to pay the new rate.
